In the following site.zip refer to a given distribution (For example mortage.zip).
First unzip the AI_July06_sites.zip

then, with each site.zip file

A - If you're using cpanel :
1. Upload the site.zip file to your server at the exact location where you want your visitor to browse your site
* In the public_html if you want to access the site with http://www.mydomain.com
* In the root folder of your subdomain if you want to reach the site with http://subdomain.mydomain.com
* In the folder of your choice : http://www.mydomain.com/folder (this is what is done for the demo site with folder=natural)
2. Unzip it there
3. Delete it

B - If you're using FTP
1. Create a folder
2. extract site.zip inside this folder
3. Upload all the files and folders to your server (main domain, subdomain or subfolder)

THEN
4. Change the permissions as follows (from the root of the site)
* "datas/config.php" : set permissions to 777 : IMPORTANT ! at the end of install process, set them back to 644
* "datas/cpatcha/image_data" : set permissions to 755 IMPORTANT! This is a permanent setting (this will allow your visitors to use the submit forms)
* "datas/temp_article" : set permissions to 755 IMPORTANT! This is a permanent setting (this will allow your visitors to add articles to your approval list)
* "cache" (in the root folder) : set permissions to 777 (this is where pages are cached ; the cache is also used to generate the RSS feed from your site
* "feed.xml" (in the root folder) : set permissions to 666

5. Browse your control panel (initial login : admin ; initial password : password)
* http://www.mydomain.com/datas/admin
* or http://subdomain.mydomain.com/datas/admin
* or http://www.mydomain.com/folder/datas/admin
6. Visit "Site configuration" tab and configure your site ; click on "Create config" to validate : Your site is now up and running
7. Browse your site
8. Read the help section to learn about all the features.

 

NB 1: the "bestproducts" module has to be populated with some clickbank programs 
with the content of the affiliate package

NB 2: the "Best seller" module has to be populated with your favorite related program.

NB3 : I have added the 6 templates in another package so that you can change the look and feel of your site easily. Just open the
6templates.zip file and check the instructions
